I got my will done with the firm before a surgery as a divorced mom with 2 minor children. The will was drafted up for me by the end of the day I requested it! We completed the whole process within a week. It was thorough and addressed my concerns and was done very efficiently.

Hired Attorney Sarah Dekraay

Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable about divorce law, is very professional as well as organized and detail-oriented. However, my ex employed a lawyer from Cordell & Cordell, who is apparently knowing for playing a bit dirty in the divorce process and overall employs a very aggressive approach. I'm not sure Sarah is the best person to go head-to-head with another lawyer like this. I certainly think Sarah could have been proactive at times, and followed through with billing more accurately.

Hired Attorney William E. Morgan

After initial meeting and payment of retainer, he made one phone call and wrote one letter, then ignored all of my communication for months. After going to one of the partners he did finally contact me. The remainder of my retainer was taking up by him "reviewing" the case. Had he taken care of everything right away, he would not have wasted my money to review something that would have been fresh. His office had the audacity to ask for more money. Um, no. I put my trust in him to get money that was due to me by a previous employer. I lost that money due to his inaction and I lost my faith in attorneys. I absolutely do not recommend William E. Morgan.
