Hired Attorney Atty. Timothy Kiefer

Tim was retained a few years after my previous family law lawyer retired. To say that I was impressed is an understatement. He listened intently, brought up very relevant research & evidence, and presented in court with professionalism, courtesy & knowledge that puts him above his colleagues. I recommend Tim without any reservations.

Hired Law Firm

Tim is a former D.A. who understands the system. More importantly, he has integrity. If Tim thinks something is right, prosecutors will listen. Tim's actions caused my case dismissed. I went in by self for the first pretrial and I got a stone wall. They would not listen to me. Tim goes in there, works his magic and 5 minutes later they dismissed the case. He is a man worth your confidence and whose words carry weight.

Don't let this attorney's Harvard education impress you. We provided him years of evidence that costed time and money to have him give the other side exactly what they wanted. He did not listen to us and we would not recommend this attorney to anyone. Buyer beware.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
