Works more with the prosecutor and judge, rather than being on your side of defense. Does not care, does not represent the way a lawyer should! I advise you, if you don't wanna end up on jail DO NOT SELECT BENAVIDES!!! PUT NO EFFORT IN AT ALL... CONSTANT EXCUSES, NO MEMORY, CANT KEEP COURT DATES STRAIGHT, AND THE LIST GOES ON! YOU AS CLIENTS, HAVE BEEN WARNED!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
