I hired Ms. Stewart to handle an appeal after I was convicted of three criminal charges and given a nineteen year sentence. She took over the appeal after it had initially been denied and got my conviction overturned. On the new trial, the Judge wanted me convicted and sent back to prison. She kept raising issues, including recusing the judge. I finally got time served and no probation.
She was there for me when I needed an attorney qualified to go against the best that Washington had to offer and I considered that federal battle after a lengthy trial ending in a hung jury a victory because I am still in law enforcement and I didn't go to prison! I was more than satisfied with her representation.

I hired Cynthia A Stewart and paid her fee upfront.She was supposed to attend a hearing in a different county. She charged me her full hourly rate for driving two hours each way to a hearing that had been rescheduled.I called the courthouse and was told they notified Ms Stewart that the hearing had been rescheduled. Cynthia Stewart should have called the courthouse to confirm if the hearing was on schedule. Court dates change too often and any competent attorney knows to check the docket!
