Hired Attorney Mr. Toff Toffolon Esq.

Unfortunately for the citizen looking for private representation, as of late Toff has been hired as an ADA for Hancock/Washington Counties. He did a great job for us, and I am sure he will continue to do an excellent job for the public in his new service capacity.

I would recommend Mr. Toffolon to others. The process was long but he did due diligence in as timely fashion as possible.

Norm Toffolon changed his name and relocated to another community for good reason(s); to officially receive a paycheck from the side (Government) that benefitted the most from his legal representation, and escape a reputation, and possible charges, of misrepresentation. Attorney Toffolon NEVER provided zealous representation for his clients, regularly encouraging defense clients to "accept" the prosecutions deal during their first office visit, as his first sentence, after hello. Attorney Toffolon justly earned a reputation of simply taking people's money and attending Court to receive clients in "Public Defenders" role because it was an easy paycheck. His apathetic legal representation created life-long scorched-earth consequences for many people desparately in need, and desiring, a second chance. Sadly, many people, with already devastated lives, neither knew what zealous representation resembled, or who to trust. Attorney Toffolon cashed in on his victims (read: clients).

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
