Hired Attorney Patrick Dykstra

Met with Dykstra to update our Wills and Power of Attorney. After two weeks, I called to check on status. I received no return call. After multiple calls over several weeks, he still never called me back. I sent an email advising we no longer wanted him to do the work and return our documents. He finally sent an email saying he was busy. After 3 weeks and several email requests, I am still waiting for him to return our documents. Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. If he did not want to do the work, why didn’t he say so.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
