I filed chaper 7 bankruptcy on my own without a lawyer because I couldn't afford attorney and an issue came up about my home with the possibility that I might lose my home in the process. I contacted Schwartz Law firm and I spoke with Mr. Schwartz and told him what was going on. He immediately took charge and made some calls and solved the problem. I got to keep my home thanks to him. From the beginning, I was treated courteously and respectfully as the options were explained in a manner I could understand. Since being in bankruptcy, the firm continues to keep me informed of any changes to my case and represents effectively on my behalf in and outside of court. A. Satow has been amazing in providing thoughtful and considerate consultations as my life situations continue to change. Although this has been a challenging time, the work of K & S has made it easier to handle.

They were very helpful and informative in a very stressful time. They were very clear about the options that we had and what it would take to complete the process. They were great we had to file a chapter 13 due to a huge amount of medical bills and when i lost my job we had to convert to a chapter 7 they walked us thru the whole process.
