We have had a terrible time getting any answers regarding our case from this law firm. He takes weeks to answer back. One time when we were waiting to find out if papers had been served, he waited a month to return several calls only to tell us that he had not even drawn the papers up. Now, I've been waiting 2 weeks to find out if a paper has been served, and we find out that he's on yet another vacation. He's gone for the next week. I just want to know if my case is in progress.
