Mark H. Gaston

In 2015 or 2016 he dropped me as a client in court because I wouldn't meet up with him. He used to try to talk me into coming to bars with him because "I was a very bad little girl, in need of a spanking". I ended up losing custody of my daughter because he just dropped me. I wasn't in a position to speak out back then. Women be careful. He is a predators to some extent. I also know of 1 other woman, so I'm sure there's more.

My daughter needed a Laywer last minute in 201 for child custody and visitation. Mark was the only attorney to return my call at that time so we hired him. This attorney after numerous requests for a contract, for anything stating what we paid for. Transaction history anything and we received nothing. Now here we are again needing an attorney because the first go around did not include child support and my daughter has yet to get any help from the baby’s father who get visitation every 6 weeks for 2 weeks and the baby lives in Florida while the father remains in Kentucky. Mark did not and still does not fight for my daughter, his client what so ever. He always has a take it or leave it aside. Well this time I paid him his $1535 fees in April and after numerous times reaching out to him since then for update out of it’s been issued to the courts NOTHING BUT CRICKETS. Mark Gaston was hired about 4 years ago for a civil litigation case. To say that he is less than competent to be a lawyer is an understatement . He lost recorded over and actually destroyed some of my physical evidence while being a client of his he cursed and threatened my family. And after taking over $4000 in cash money we found out that he didn't do any of the work he said he did. Now he's going to find out what it's like to be on the other end of civil litigation. I've had to hire another attorney to go back behind and clean up his mess but this attorney also will be suing Mr Gaston for the money's taking from my family. The only piece of advice I can give you is he's got a bunch of one star ratings for a reason run from this man and anybody associated with his practice they're all dishonest and out for the dollar. Your money would be better spent hiring Bozo the clown

Run from this man do not walk he is a crook he will take your money and not do his job. I am a disabled single mom of three he kept my case in litigation for over 3 years . He took my retainer while pretending to do work and later dropped my case. And I found out he did not do half the work he alleged.I now have a new lawyer that is going to pick up the case and I will personally see to it that Mark Gaston never practice his law again when I'm finished. He's a good sweet talker and offers discounts if you pay in full up front but he will definitely screw you over every chance he gets. A personal message to Mark Gaston I have found my voice and I am done being taken advantage of you have met your match sir I will do everything legally possible to see that Justice is served for the wrong you have done to my family and I. And doing so I'm fighting for future clients that you're going to try and take advantage of

I had Mark as my attorney working on child support and custody. He told me to apply for child support independently, which I did. I told him I was concerned about this not being brought up in court and he said you can bring it up later as if it was no big deal. Years later, the child support department has done nothing and the judge ruled that my son's father did not have to pay anything. In the years I did everything alone, I will never get anything back. It is Mark's fault for not addressing my concerns. He does not care about anyone but his paychecks. He was rude and let my sons father get away with thousands of dollars in back child support.

Mark refuses to do anything towards the case, when I finally get a hold of him he cusses and says he don't give a f*** about his job, he's never in his office, never returns calls. He has had me do my own work for my case, used blank forms to aquire my signature to forge on other documents to steal the settlement money. When u finally get a hold of him he cusses you out calls you things very nasty, he uses excuses of being sick or in the hospital when he's out vacationing. I got all conversations still from him and it's really sickening to think he's continued to get away with illegal treatment of clients and has never actually won a case, made me work on other cases documenting it with pictures and all and refuses to pay for the work preformed. I've known mark since 2006 and even so I won other lawsuits I never seen a dime of any of the money, always getting cussed at and called names. I'm a disabled person on SSDI with amputated feet.He's gotten more of my money

I wouldn’t give any stars! This poor excuse of a man took my 5,000 dollars promised me a bunch of stuff and then never told me when court dates were, or what happened in court, he never ever fought for me. Every time I have ever had to speak with him he’s SO mean to me and yelling, telling me I’m lying, HUNG UP on me very manipulative, very condescending. He would not allow me to talk and when get very mad VERY fast when I tried to explain to him I WASNT lying! He did not help my CPS case. He refused to give me my money back. He said I was a no show at court when he literally never ever told me when court was! He should NOT be practicing law! These are peoples lives he’s messing with!

This man is a crook. He took my money several thousand dollars and he dropped my case.He's all about getting that cash in his hand and then leaving you hanging. He is by far the worst attorney in this entire city and he should be disbarred . He's more aggressive toward his clients than anyone cussing me out threatening me. He refuses to answer questions return phone calls or give you copies of your records and he lost evidence in my case. He is a manipulative underhanded conniving useless human being. Don't even waste your time going into his office. he will smile in your face and put a knife in your back quicker than you know.Take your money elsewhere he's not worth a dime.
