Hired Attorney

Mr. Yussman was recommended to us by another story who admitted that he was not up to the task of making an estate plan and trust for our special needs grandson. This sort of estate plan and trust is very complicated and the laws change. This man has compassion for our specific situation. What should have been completed in a week or two turned into six months, as I struggled with the death of my brother, and couldn’t keep appointments. He was very understanding,. He politely gave me a nudge, and the estate plan and trust were done! He is just a good man, excellent in his speciality. We were wisely counselled by him when he knew some issues we were about to put in place weren’t good ones, leading to potential disputes when the Trust is activated. Be prepared to pay a very expensive fee. Very. But as with all things? You get what you pay for and it IS worth it!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
