I only gave 1 star because the option of ZERO was not possible. Both father, Frank Mascagni, and son, Christian Mascagni, should be disbarred. Not knowing better, I paid an absorbent amount of cash as a retainer. Promises were made based off of that fee. Not only were none of the promises/goals/case objectives met/acheived, but after 4 weeks, both son and father went off the grid COMPLETELY (tried phone, text, e-mail, FB, etc.). In the end, I sent texts, emails, voice messages, etc at-nauseam asking for an invoice; IT'S THE LAW. NOTHING. Grounds for disbarment too! I documented meetings, ph calls, etc for my legal services--came to ~$2000/hour!!! This ALL transpired in less than a month. (Further, AFTER I PAID, I learned of they had very ill-knowledge on the subject-matter/case law regarding all my legal needs!) SO MUCH unprofessionalism, misconduct, and out right UNETHICAL behaviors, qualifying for disbarment. Both are lazy, manipulative, egotistical, & untrustworthy bottom-feeders.
