Hired Attorney

sued me on behalf of credit acceptance, i told her i was disabled and she took advantage of that by throwing a lot of quick lawyer jargon at me and talked her way into getting me to consent for her to proceed with the law suite even though being on disability she knew they wont be able to actually get any thing from me, 2 years later im sitting with paper work from the court and on hold on phone for near an hour trying to settle to get the credit acceptance loan off my report. i may consider getting my own lawyer and suing theses guys, taking advantage of the disabled to push a lawsuit that wont produce anything is unethical and shady as hell
