Christopher Loweth brings over twenty years of experience in business and commercial litigation to Pratt & Associates. With a keen focus on resolving complex legal disputes, Chris has litigated a range of cases, including breach of lease agreements, commercial and residential evictions, nuisance and property boundary disputes, and various other real estate litigation matters. Additionally, his extensive skills extend to employment law, where he has successfully navigated numerous legal challenges.
Chris started his legal career in San Diego before returning to his roots in Chicago. Eleven years ago, he transitioned to the Bay Area, where he now concentrates on real estate litigation and employment law.
Beyond the confines of his legal practice, Chris finds fulfillment in family and community engagement. He actively volunteers with Boy Scouts and 4H.
Chris' contributions to the legal field extend beyond the courtroom, as evidenced by his involvement in published appellate cases, including Mopex, Inc. v. Amex (2d Cir., 2003), Bardwell v. Allied Waste Transp., Inc. (7th Cir., 2012), and White v. Linkedin Corp. (2016 CA).
Professionally, Chris remains actively engaged in the legal community through affiliations with the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
