Hired Attorney Elan Darvish

I needed to have a trust and will created and used the Darvish firm. I found Elan Darvish and the rest of the lawyers there to be very knowledgeable and helpful in answering and addressing all the complicated issues I had. The whole process went very smoothly and I was made to feel comfortable throughout it. I would definitely recommend them.

I made a huge mistake in buying a home with my girlfriend five years ago. A month after we moved in, I found out that she was seeing someone else. When I confronted her, she moved out. Fast forward five years. She hasn’t made one payment, did not make any part of the down payment and I needed to refinance. Since she was on title and she wanted me to give her half of the equity of the home in order to take her name off of the title. WOW!! I couldn’t believe it. Mr. Darvish helped me resolve it!

Hired Attorney Elan Darvish

I contacted Elan when the seller of my home I just bought refused to close escrow. He said he changed his mind but what really happend was that he got a better offer. I was devastated. I already sold my home and didn’t know what to do. After his demand went unanswered (which he told me was going to happen) he prepared a lawsuit and sent it to him before he filed it. This immediately help me close escrow.
