Before 2019, I enjoyed a challenging and meritorious life, a successful practice, and an excellent professional and personal reputation. But when I was blindsided by a vexatious litigant (a proxy plaintiff for a predatory billion dollar industry) and a sympathetic (woke) court, I suddenly found myself in the midst of a media storm, threats of prison time, and the dubious prospect of an unbiased downtown LA jury. After a referral by other counsel, Steffeny took immediate charge of my case, informed me of my options, and arranged for the best outcome possible. I followed her advice and, today, am recovering what’s left of my life and reputation to transition to a quiet, peaceful, and rewarding retirement. Do not hire Steffeney Holtz. She is an unprofessional liar and a con artist with zero ethics or morals. She not only gave my fiance a bad deal but she also lied about the process. This was my first time experiencing the criminal justice system and I am absolutely disgusted with her behavior. She convinced my fiance and I not to hire a private attorney after bolstering and praising herself about her prior "awards" and experience. She sold us a bill of goods. Run.
