  Representative Matters: Negotiated a favorable settlement for an insurer involved in a bad faith
  breach of contract suit brought by a general contractor. We resolved the case after an investigation revealed a potential for coverage not previously recognized by the third-party administrator (TPA),
  its failure to fully reserve the insurer's rights.
  Won summary judgment for an insurer in a declaratory relief action concerning whether the insurer owed a duty to defend or indemnify an Arizona church, its former minister, his wife,
  six vestry members in two lawsuits alleging that the minister wrongfully caused two elderly church members to give him personal
  real property.
  Negotiated a de minimis settlement related to fraud allegations arising from the sale of a flexible premium life insurance policy with a $60 million death benefit after the plaintiff initially dem
  ed three million dollars in damages.
