Hired Attorney Carl McMahan

Carl McMahan took on my case and set on it for 10 month. Dropped the case 2 months prior to the statutory time ending. The case is complex and too many companies and people are involved for an attorney to be able to take the case over competently in 2 months time. He also was not communicating; I received 1-sentence emails as if I were his secretary. Very unprofessional and rude associates.

Hired Law Firm

Complete ignorance of client communication; dropped the case 2 months before statutory limit expired so no chance to find another attorney. The law student/assistant was like a 5-year old with not enough memory to keep 2 words. This is not a serious law firm! Don't waste your time!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
