Maryann P. Gallagher is a highly accomplished Plaintiff’s Attorney with over 25 years of experience in Employment Litigation. She has tried more than 40 cases to verdict, achieving significant results in employment law as well as in products liability, personal injury, labor code violations, and medical malpractice. Ms. Gallagher has also argued her own appeals, with several published cases that have set new legal precedents, including groundbreaking decisions in sexual abuse and HIV transmission law. Her early work in Bihun v. AT&T (1993) established critical standards for punitive damages and evidence spoliation in sexual harassment cases.

Superior Court (2006), addressing HIV transmission, and C.R. v. Tenet Healthcare Corp. (2009), where she secured a $67 million verdict for a sexual assault victim.
