removal of the original co-trustees was affirmed in full by the California Court of Appeals, with continued representation concerning attorney-client privilege claims, successor trustee appointment,
unapproved accountings
related issues. Surcharge issues are being tried in phases, with surcharges presently at more than $34 million so far.
