John Slattery is a member of the Restaurant Industry Group, Corporate Practice, and Energy Project Finance & Development group in Greenberg Traurig’s Los Angeles office. Focusing much of his practice on transactions in the restaurant industry, he has advised restaurant industry clients in Los Angeles, across the United States, and around the world on a broad range of matters including mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, and general corporate governance.
John has also represented developers, lenders, and investors on large scale renewable energy projects, including tax equity financings, acquisitions, and debt financings.
