My husband & I met Shannon Burns some years ago when our sons were young & we were neighbors. We got to know her personally first. It became clear to us that she was a trustworthy & honest person. When it came time to prepare our wills & related papers we knew who to go to. Almost 2 years ago, when my husband passed away I again went to Shannon to assist me with many important steps to work through that difficult time. She handled everything with caring professionalism. I was contacted directly by this firm concerning a probate matter that involved a direct relative. After agreeing to representation, it has been almost two full years since initial contact and I have absolutely no idea where this situation stands. They have sent three copies of the exact same information over a six month interval and it has been 5 months since last contacted. The impression left is they are no more than high-class ambulance chasers!
