She is well-versed in legal research and discovery regarding civil litigation and intellectual property prosecution, as well as contract administration.
Esther has experience with a range of data privacy & cybersecurity matters, providing advice on California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA) and European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance, preparing website privacy and cookie policies, and terms of use documents. She has previously worked on data privacy issues involving online entertainment platforms.
During the course of her career, Esther has also been involved with a range of corporate and business transaction matters, including the preparation of closing documents, due diligence, and closing procedures, preparation of organizational documents for corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships, and preparation of board/shareholder resolutions and meeting minutes. Esther also has experience with securities matters.
