About Devin Weisberg

I received a Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School where I originally intended to become a corporate mergers and acquisitions attorney. While attending law school, however, I discovered my passion for STANDING UP and SPEAKING OUT on behalf of PEOPLE who are often ignored by the Government and the Courts. From that point forward, I wanted nothing more than to argue in front of judges and juries, using my gifts to PERSUASIVELY WIN cases for HARDWORKING PEOPLE. You don't have to be part of "the elite" to have a five-star rated attorney STANDING IN YOUR CORNER. This has been my mission for over 20 years. I am a Los Angeles native. I have traveled to six Continents, including over 30 countries. I have a keen interest in learning languages. I am fluent in Spanish and have practiced conversational French, Italian, Farsi, Cantonese, and Korean over the past 25 years. I have studied the Art of Persuasion in its many forms. My private library includes the following best sellers: How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie The Art of War by Sun Tzu The Art of Seduction by Robert Greene The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene Win Your Case by Gerry Spence Trial Techniques by Thomas A. Mauet My personal philosophy in negotiation is that, in order to achieve results, one must employ the strategy that best fits the situation. The "bulldog" approach does not always get you results and can sometimes hinder progress. I approach every case with an intellectual perspective based on logic and sound legal reasoning balanced with an understanding of psychology and human nature. I graduated from schools ranked top 20 in the nation. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance from USC Business School (Marshall School of Business) and worked in the banking industry for several years before attending law school at Loyola.
