Josh genuinely cared about my well-being. He guided me through a harrowing experience that I would not wish on anyone. I was rear-ended while riding my bike and sustained multiple injuries. Josh handled all of my medical needs, and the complicated insurance company issues. His staff is also top notch - super responsive and caring. Josh negotiated an outstanding settlement with the driver's insurance company allowing me to get on with my life and heal without worrying about medical bills.

In my dealings with Mr. Cohen he has been very professional and knowledgeable. He grasps the problem quickly and has the ability to perform in a manner which is cost effective to the client. He also responds in a timely manner to phone calls and correspondence.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
