  Representative Matters: Persuaded the Court to allow our client to continue operating its newly formed company after the client's former employer sought to permanently shutter it
  recover millions of dollars in damages. While the Court ultimately awarded some monetary recovery to the plaintiff, our client was able to continue operating its company.
  Secured a favorable settlement for the CEO of a film distribution
  aggregator company in a shareholder derivative lawsuit that alleged dilution, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate waste,
  a companion trademark lawsuit, which resulted in the removal of the disgruntled shareholder through a stock repurchase agreement
  the dismissal of the shareholder derivative

  Served as trial counsel co-chair before a three-judge binding arbitration panel representing the defendant l
  owner against the plaintiff developer in a l
  conveyance dispute.
  Negotiated a favorable settlement in a multi-million dollar subrogation
  indemnity action in Federal Court involving allegations of negligently administering 93 workers' compensation claims for a national trucking transportation company.
  Secured a favorable outcome for the defendant in an arbitration relating to a real estate purchase agreement dispute. The developer/purchaser accused our client of failing to disclose material documents, sought specific performance to convey property at no cost, damages for delay,
  lost profits of $5 million.
  Negotiated a nominal settlement for an investment company in a multi-million dollar alternative energy venture.
  Won a jury trial in favor of our client, the designer
  installer of a fire protection
  alarm system, in a breach of contract/mechanic's lien foreclosure claim. The defendant, an investment firm that hired our client to help with an extensive remodel of a boutique hotel, refused to pay for the changes it requested,
  subsequently filed a countersuit against our client
  two other vendors working on the redesign. After the court consolidated all three plaintiff suits, the jury found in favor of our client
  the co-plaintiffs, awarding them the full amount of damages requested.
