Hired Attorney

Poor customer service. Messages not delivered. Calls not returned. Legal Assistants who admittedly drop the ball in handling their responsibilities, as regards moving your case forward. Overall, a poor client experience. I think it would be a much better experience for the client, if a little more time was spent on focusing on the importance and implementation of more effective client/customer service.
