John is a straight-shooter and knows his stuff, which is exactly what you want in your attorney. In my case, he nailed all my questions (including several loose-end hypotheticals) about a contracts issue during a consultation. More generally, he can tell you the practical outcomes of various scenarios, and he also understands the operations and needs of different kinds of businesses in different situations - highly recommended.
