DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!!! She reduced my retainer of 7,500.00 to 0.00 and then requested withdrawl as representive because she had a personal vendetta, and manipulation of existing resources (Network and Legal System)to get the judge to agree even after I denied her request (She got paid to know my case then failed to communicate as well as failed to follow my written instructions). Mrs Charles is unprofessional and will take all your retainer and then drop you as a client after retainer gone if you dont follow her "recommendations", even though you are the one whom hired her! DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!
