Hired Attorney Robert Witek II

Bob has been my go to attorney for many years from real estate transactions to an accident suit in which I was the injured party. He's knowledgeable, but direct so that if somebody's looking to be coddled and presented with an embellished view of what can be accomplished, he's not for you.

Hired Attorney Robert Witek II

Hired him in a civil issue as a Plaintiff. Was extremely disappointed. Ended up being questioned by him (the attorney I hired to represent me) in front of a judge about an issue he wanted on record that would protect him from a conflict we had in the litigation process. It was mortifying and completely inappropriate. Important element I asked for in conflict with defendant were left out of contract. He’s very quick to ask for payment however. I was offered his guitar pick for good luck. The entire process was off-putting.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
