Hired Attorney

I had a very nasty divorce. My ex-husband prepared a PSA with an attorney and literally forced me to sign it. My ex and I had acquired 4 pieces of real estate and several hundred thousand dollars in other assets. Mr. Kelly got the PSA thrown out after getting my ex to admit it was unfair. Over the next year, my Kelly was SUPER aggressive in fighting my case and the divorce was finalized. My ex defaulted immediately including in paying child support or health insurance for our 5 children. Mr. Kelly fought my husband for 4 years post judgment. He got the court to order every piece of property sold! My ex husband was eventually left with nothing and that is after hiring 3 different lawyers! He is the wrong layer to fight with!

Hired Attorney

The notion of "customer service" is lacking. Legal procedures are followed correctly, but attention to detail and responsiveness to customers are missing. His personal life affects his attentiveness to his practice.

Hired Attorney

Mr. Kelly was the victim of his paralegal, who actually was in charge of my case. In any case he failed to properly vet her; she conned both of us. However, neither the para nor the lawyer showed in court when I answered a bench warrant for alimony arrears. I ended up acted pro se and wound up in jail. Ultimately, either Mr. Kelly or his paralegal negotiated down my alimony payments. However, this did not spare me the humiliation of imprisonment.

Hired Attorney

The worse lawyer I’ve hired. SAVE your money! He lost my case due to his unprofessionalism and inability to have strategies. We could had won the case but he never for once advise or had a meeting with me as his client prior our court date. He lost the case like a kid lose his lolly pop. I’m fact, his inability to come up with ANY strategy made the case easy for the adverse attorney.
