Poorly handled case, evidence was not submitted, I was passed off to different lawyers in the firm and Ms. LaRossa backed out of a written agreement we made and charged me for a hearing that never occurred because she was trying to recoup the loss of hours she spent trying to rectify the issues of the first hearing after her team dropped the ball on my case. I finally went in to resolve some problems for my mother and when I said she was deflecting she got really upset and the next time I saw her I wasn’t allowed back in the office if you can believe that! Martha I. yelled and screamed at my mother in the office, Jennifer was so unprofessional because she did nothing about it. My mom has paid them well over $50,000 and they still haven’t sold her keys and they haven’t done half the things for her that they said they would. Do you self a favor and don’t hire these attorneys.
