· Representing a 50% shareholder in a company in litigation in the English High Court against the other 50% shareholder, seeking the winding up of the company on just and equitable grounds.
· Advising an international construction company on the disputed interpretation of clauses in a contract relating to a major turnkey project in the Middle East.
· Advising clients on aspects of the Bribery Act 2010 and upon the "adequate procedures" to be put in place under that Act.
