  Advised multinational investment bank in respect of its acquisition of office buildings in the City of London, as part of a joint venture

  Advised a global private equity investor in respect of its 50/50 office-led development joint venture with a multinational developer, part of a scheme with an estimated GDV of c. 1.5 billion.
