  Experience: Representative Matters: Acting for the Swedish Pensions Agency, on behalf of the Kingdom of Sweden
  over 46,000 pension savers affected by the 'Falcon Fund Fraud'. Obtained an award of 107 million (inclusive of interest)
  5.5 million in costs: [2025] EWHC 1620 (Comm) . Obtained worldwide freezing orders
  proprietary injunctions against three of the defendants: [2020] EWHC 486 (Comm), enforced the WFO in Sweden [2020] EWHC 1251 (Comm)
  obtained summary judgment for the sum of $51.5 million (inclusive of interest) against one of the defendants
  summary judgment for the sum of $35 million (inclusive of interest) against another defendant [2022] EWHC 2706 (Comm) .
  Represented client in obtaining a worldwide freezing order in relation to $120 million civil fraud claim concerning over 40,000 pension savers

  Currently acting for directors of three public companies in relation to allegations of misfeasance
  breach of fiduciary duty brought by liquidators.
  Defended an ultra-high-net-worth individual in civil fraud proceedings worth $380 m, following what was the longest running remote trial in the Commercial Court.
  Currently acting for European private bank in relation to claims brought by liquidator recognized under the Cross Border Insolvency Regulations.
  Acting for creditor of high-net-worth individual in challenging individual voluntary arrangement on grounds of a material irregularity in the conduct of a creditors' meeting
  subsequently defending appeal
  request for permission in the Supreme Court.
  Obtained security for costs for individual caught up in fraud proceedings brought by Russian state supported company.
  Represented three BVI-based companies responding to an ex parte freezing injunction in relation to assets worth over 8m, resulting in the injunction
  underlying Insolvency Act proceedings being withdrawn,
  95% of the clients' legal costs being paid by the other side.
  Advised a high-profile director in respect of disqualification proceedings
  obtaining an order granting leave to continue to act as a director.
