About Daniyal Ansari

Daniyal is a member of the firm's Banking and Financial Services team based in the London office.

Daniyal focuses on all aspects of real estate finance, and distressed and special situations investing predominantly in the real estatesector. With over 20 years of experience acting for lenders and borrowers in relation to investment and development facilities acrossasset classes, he has extensive experience in development and multi-tiered capital structures often involving intercreditor arrangements. Daniyal has acted on loan-on-loan financings, loan sales, workouts, receivables financing, LBOs and restructurings of leveraged and real estate financings. He also acts for lenders in relation to fund financings such NAV facilities and subscription lines. Daniyal is an active member of the firm’s Digital Infrastructure Industry Group and is actively involved in the developing real estate finance market for data centres. Daniyal is recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners directories and described in Legal 500 as “technically excellent.”
