Boundary line dispute. He was a neglectful procrastinator. He never put a lis pendens on the property, this allowed the other party to sell 2 lots. So I had to sue 3 people instead of 1 person. After 8 months, & $3,000, I gave up and found another lawyer (Anderson of HAO) who was prompt & got the job done properly. I learned a valuable & expensive lesson. Attorneys who are not in a law firm, tend to be substandard. They can't meet the standards held by law firms. So they go out on their own.
