Hired Law Firm

I contacted this firm for a small traffic violation for my daughter. I was pleased to hear that he would help me. He told me the process and that I would recieve a call to update me on the new court date. Needless to say, he did not follow through. I tried contacting him on the day of original court date, no response (email & phone message) Called the court and they confirmed nothing had been done, so my daughter last minute had to go to court ALONE!!!!!!!
