The case went smoothly, however Bearnson & Caldwell continued to charge extra fees months after it is settled and interest on remaining balances having not expressed orally or in writing to be subject to interest charges.

On or around August 8, 2022 I contacted Bearnson & Caldwell after I became aware that a mobile home I was selling was being Illegally seized by Valley View Estates, the owner of the trailer court I had been renting a space from and who had also financed the home, Shandell Veatch returned my call and informed me that I would receive a call from Wayman Stoddart. Wayman called me and I informed him that I had lived in the home for 7 years and had 10,000 in equity in the home when Valley View Stopped accepting my payments and claimed that I was delinquent on the loan I had found another home and moved out, hired a realtor, Valley View called her and said she could not show my home as it was no longer mine. I paid Wayman 2025.41 and he sent me another bill for $187.50 which I have no choice but to pay and I was not able to sell the home which would have sold for $44,000 more than I owed. Wayman did nothing for me, Valley View sold the home and still will not answer my calls. NOT HAPPY
