Hired Attorney

If I could give Mr. Danieli zero stars, I would. He dragged my divorce case on for over a year and a half, claiming he couldn’t do anything. After I switched to a new lawyer, my case was resolved in just one week—and completely in my favor. During his time representing me, Mr. Danieli didn’t listen to my requests and consistently took steps against my wishes. He seemed more focused on sending bills for every little detail than actually helping me. His office was just as bad—ignoring emails, making numerous mistakes, and still charging me for them. I’m so relieved I finally switched lawyers. I would never recommend Mr. Danieli to anyone because it was clear he doesn’t know how to do his job or care about his clients.

Hired Attorney

Mr. Danieli was wholly unprepared when we went to court for my custody case for my daughter. All he had was a notebook and one picture of myself and my daughter and nothing else. During our pre trial hearing he admitted that he is good friends with my ex's attorney and the presiding judge and if I could have afforded to change attorneys at that point I would have because after that it felt as though he was working for the other side. All the questions he asked me in court only pertained to how my ex was with our child and nothing about myself. All around a terrible attorney if you actually want to win your case.
