John K. Lugg is a very passionate about his work and a great person, would definitely recommend. He knows the fact patterns better than anyone. He was very very helpful, is the best PFEW company advisor.
I needed an lawyer to assist me with some PA state business questions. Upon doing research, I found that Lugg & Lugg specialized in this and so I reached out to their office to secure their services. When I called, a very pleasant lady informed me that I would need to talk with John Lugg. It was 2:30 pm and she said that he was presently with a client and would have him call me when he was finished. I never got the call. A couple of days later, I phoned again and this time an older man answered, confirmed that he had my note that I called in front of him, and said that he would pass along the message that I called once again. After 3 more days, still no call. I called once again and this time another nice lady took the message that I was trying to reach Mr. Lugg. She said that he was in court that morning and would have him call in the afternoon. After 3 phone calls seeking help and no return phone call, I moved on. Nice office staff. Horrible communication from Mr. Lugg!
