Mr. McCann is an experienced Michigan trial lawyer and former prosecuting attorney specializing in criminal defense, serious felonies and misdemeanors including drunk driving (OWI, OWVI, OUIL, DWI, DUI or impaired), and traffic violations. Your case will be personally handled by Mr. McCann and he will put his extensive experience to work for you. The practice handles cases in Wayne County, Oakland County, Washtenaw County, Macomb County, Livingston County and all of Michigan. The practice is particularly convenient to Livonia, Plymouth, Northville, Novi, Farmington, Farmington Hills, Redford, Westland, Canton, Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, Garden City, Romulus, Taylor, Inkster, Southfield, West Bloomfield, Bloomfield Hills, Royal Oak, and Detroit. Individual attention to each case is a priority for our office. You will be guided and counseled throughout the entire process and be able to reach Mr. McCann personally virtually 24 hours a day.

Five Stars for Mr. Wade McCann. I can’t say enough about the positive experience that my family had with Mr. McCann while we went through a very difficult time. My son was being falsely accused of rape and other felonies but Mr. McCann was able to get the cases dismissed. He is an exceptional attorney and I would highly recommend him for legal services. He is very knowledgeable, attentive and really does have his clients best interest at heart.

This was my 1st traffic accident. Wade was most comforting & up front about everything. He made no promises except to try his best. His best worked great for me. I'd researched many attorneys & was most impressed with all if his reviews. I am not a big reviwer person...but I am surely glad those reviews were there when I was seeking an attorney. Wade was always prompt on returning my phone calls, appointments, court filings and appearances. I was able to sleep well after hiring Wade. Case DISMISSED! Mr. McCann was always available to talk and advise. He was direct and honest about my case and what he could do. He made no promises he couldn't keep but was able to go above and beyond and get my case DISMISSED. I felt very comfortable talking to Mr. McCann, at no point did he make me feel uneasy. He did a stellar job of helping me and my family out when we were in crises.
