I hired David to manage my case several years ago and was elated with his service and with the results. I (as well as many of my friends and family) now use David Brunell exclusively as for our family law related issues as he is trustworthy, works extremely hard for his clients and has proven to reliable and results driven. I would give David my highest rating.
David Brunell was highly recommended to me by a mutual friend. His fee was high for my budget, but I really trusted him to help me and my mother who is in Hospice. The guardians mandated a restriction from her room after the director's false accusations about me. When I followed his order not to talk to the director alone, it raised the director's ire. I met with David who had previously called and emailed the opposing attorney and doctors. I was shocked that then he turned the tables on me, and sided with "medical professionals" who misdiagnosed my mother on 3 separate occasions, including denial of her stroke for 2 days and nights. I really still don't understand why he never returned my calls, texts or emails to try to remedy this situation by a simple call or meeting with the Director. She is now worse and in Hospice but after spending all that money, I am STILL NOT allowed in my mother's bedroom, even though this is against the State Law for Hospice.Will she have to die ALONE?
If I could give this firm particularly this attorney zero Stars I would. The communication is zero, does not return emails or phone calls . On the initial call he was very arrogant telling us how much he cost per hour and not to take up too much of his time . If you are working on an estate for your family I would suggest looking somewhere else. During difficult times this is the last thing that anyone should have to deal with.
This is by far the rudest, most unprofessional attorney I have ever had to do business with. He does not return emails or phone calls .Mother passed in October. Still waiting on documents we should have received 63 days later...now 6 months later... If you are working on an estate for your family I would suggest looking somewhere else. During difficult times like losing a loved one, this is the last thing that anyone should be worrying about.
