Arnold & Arnold, LLP, was formed in 1994 when Richard Arnold and his wife Jean Arnold merged their practices. Richard brought to the firm an expertise in domestic relations, estates, elder law, property and corporate law. Jean focuses primarily on complex civil litigation, construction law, construction lien law, bankruptcy, real estate, business law, appellate practice, arbitration and mediation. The firm has grown and now includes five attorneys. Terry Ehrlich joined the firm in late 1994, practicing in collections, civil litigation, creditor related bankruptcy and domestic relations and mediation. She became a partner with Rich and Jean in 2002. Scott Havn joined Arnold & Arnold, LLP as an associate in 1998 taking on part of the expanding construction and lien law practice. Scott became a partner in 2008. Scott is also admitted to practice in the states of Wisconsin and Wyoming. In 2010, Kelley Shirk joined the firm as an associate practicing in the areas of construction law and collections.

Mrs. Arnold helped me with 2 cases. We one the first case of which she took every penny and the money I was supposed to have received (approximately $5,000). The second, she failed in every conceivable aspect of this case and then charged me $15,000 for no results.
