If you have a situation where an ex-spouse is violent & you are trying to protect your child, she is not the attorney for you. Our whole exchange consisted of her trying to convince me to "work something out" with my ex-husband, which resulted in more visitation rights to him. In turn, that resulted in complete strangers coming to my child's assistance and calling the police in a parking lot where the ex-husband was physically assaulting her. Thank God other attorneys helped fix the situation.
Ms. Denison is agreeable and amenable, which, unfortunately, is not at all what I needed in an attorney. If I had the type of case where I could come to a mutual agreement with the other party I am completely competent to file basic legal forms myself. If you are in proceedings with someone who's adversarial (and in my case absolutely dangerous and violent), I would strongly suggest you search for more aggressive legal representation on your behalf.
Extremely unprofessional. Her skills in the courtroom was borderline malpractice. She came to court unprepared for questioning, got basic facts about the case wrong. Did not use any documents provided to her that provided evidence to my case.
