For me, Mr. O'Quinn was the absolute best person I could have called when I was in need of legal assistance. From day one I clearly knew that Darren, and his staff, was there to understand my circumstance and help me find the best solution possible. I was most impressed with Darren's professionalism and how diligent he was to maintain open lines of communication with me. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was kept informed on every aspect of my case, and answer any question I had.

Hired Law Firm

If you are a nurse and need legal assistance, do not hire this lawyer. Initially, when Darren heard my story and reviewed the case he was extremely optimistic. He spelled out a plan in detail and I was convinced I had hired the right man. However that was not the case. Approximately nine months into this plan he presented, he advised me to completely "fold." He told me there was no way I would be able to win my case, period. I am left feeling terribly misled and "taken" by him.

Cases develop in a fluid manner. I do not just “fold” for no reason. The client makes the final decision—go to a contested hearing or agree to a compromise. Regardless, I work hard and take pride in my work, and when someone is disappointed then so am I.
