Have been a client of Jerry Larkowski for four years. He is conservative in his willingness to sue, unless he is sure he has a "slam-dunk," and tends to form opinions based on the person's past rather than what he is told or the evidence that a person has changed. Very good sense of humor and knows the law backwards and forwards. Very thorough and knows all the angles, esp. in criminal law. Kept me out of the pen by "not guilty by reason of insanity."
Jerry Larkowski was assigned to me when my hired attorney George Plastiras fell down and brokers his legs in 2012. Jerry was suppose to take over this case and proceed according to agreed strategy. This did not happen. Instead, I paid a high retainer and Jerry Larkowski refused to do as agreed to do. I had a bad trustee (my brother) over my trust fund from my deceased father and he needed to be removed. All Jerry wanted to do was coerce me into a settlement deal which was bad for but good for my brother. Jerry Larkowski colluded with the other attorneys and refused to make attempt to get a hearing to remove my brother as the trustee. All Jerry did was bill me for every email, every letter, every phone and every office visit and just didn't do anything productive. My brother even bragged about how Jerry Larkowski was laughing at me and just taking my money. The opposing counsel even trash talked Jerry Larkowski stating he wasn't doing his job. I finally had to fire Jerry.
