Hired Attorney

I hired Greg Campbell in 2013 to handle a probate issue regarding my father's death in June 2012. My brother as Trustee was failing to do his fiduciary duties. I paid Greg Campbell $5500 upfront for his retainer. After a month of reviewing my case, Greg stated I had depleted my retainer balance and asked for another $5000. I had specifically requested him to filing for an emergency hearing and have a judge remove my brother as Trustee. Greg Campbell refused to do this and instead tried to force a negotiated deal which was not in my best interest. Mr Campbell stated he would not do anything else. I had no choice but FIRE him. This guy only cares about money, he doesn't follow instructions, and has a serious attitude problem. He took my money and would do what I wanted even after agreeing to do what I wanted on the initial consultation. I do not recommend him to anyone. I lost $5000 that I can never get back and I don't want anyone to experience what happened to me with this attorney.
