Mr. Duke is an excellent Lawyer, he is not an attack dog but rather a controlled fact finder of the truth. He was excellent at fleshing out the truth at trial without acting like a two bit TV Lawyer. Always responsive to my calls, questions, and needs. And most importantly not afraid to tell you the truth even if it is not what you want to hear.
The guy is a real shark in the courtroom. A real, like in the movies dyed in the wool attorney. Cold, calculated and methodical. Maybe a bit of an A**hole at times but he takes his job seriously and made me wake up and realize that it’s dog eat dog out here. Forced me out of my comfort zone and make sure I was prepared for court would hire him again in a heartbeat.
Dale will let other attorney control the case instead of getting his clients out of a bad situation. Everyone has a place and job. Dale supports the other attorneys putting people in situations they shouldn't be in.
Will steal your money and procrascinate with your case. Beware he is a scam artis
Did very little but relay to me what my ex and her attorney wanted. Signed a document I was against. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY. I would have been better off hiring a grad student.
