I for one am thrilled to have Patrick Benca represent me. I have full faith in him. I just happened upon his website about 3 years ago I guess when I cant remember if I had already gotten in trouble or not I guess I had already been sentenced bc I hired bill james and got haley Ferguson which was fine but I don't really know how this court stuff goes idk why bc I should N E way ive been pleased thus far with my interactions with Patrick and I feel like and believe im actually getting him ill be sad if its someone underneath him and not him I picked him out all by myself bc i was so impressed with his website it was so badass how he had all these scenarios and interesting facts ab how he would defend them. it was very interesting to me and I've wanted him ever since, you know, if I needed him. he's not sweating me on money which I appreciate and he is going to do amazing things. I want a lawyer who won't just make a deal I want one to actually argue in my defense and I believe he will.
I 1000% recommend Patrick Benca. He helped me out on a DUI many years ago and helped to get it removed from my record. He also helped my little brother with legal issues, and remained very helpful to my family over the years. He was very responsive and is extremely intelligent. He is also down to earth and relates to you on a human level. In short, he's awesome!!! I mean, he got the Memphis Three off, for goodness sake. Need I say more?!
Simply AMAZING! He is personable, intelligent, sincere, and VERY GOOD at his job! Birc stepped in and help bring the truth to the court and changed the direction of a family member. We would highly recommend! We are forever grateful!
Just say NO! He is a bully. He will not represent you and will leave you hanging. If you value your freedom do not use this firm. They talk a good talk but are unable to walk the walk. He recently was reprimanded in open court by a judge in a murder trial. The judge called him unprofessional. I must agree.
Cannot imagine a worse attorney. Every negative story about an attorney, every joke, that you have ever heard about an attorney, you have found him. Advice is to RUN. Am remaining anonymous so he doesn’t have the benefit of knowing who has told the truth about him. Would give zero stars if an option. Do a Google search
RUN!! He took our money and then never returned any calls or responded to emails. He will take your money and advantage of your situation. He is a filthy attorney and has done this to many others. You’ve been warned!!
It has been 19 months since I hired Patrick Benca. 10 months ago I finally received some communication on what information was needed from me (information I provided 19 months ago that they had not done anything with and apparently lost). That should have been the sign to run away since it took 9 months for that. Since then, I have reached out through emails, phone calls, and text messages on nearly a monthly basis. The only response I received (5 months later) was a single line email that still didn't answer my questions, but said they would get back to me. I have continued to reach out but have still not received a response in the past 5 months. Don't waste your time
This guy has way too many clients to even give someone a phone call back that has already paid them $1,500 what a massive waste of time and money
Arkansas Thanks to Kara Lynn Benca Issue 7 was unjustly removed from the Arkansas Ballot this year 2016. Kara Lynn Benca was paid by supporters of Issue 6, to undermine Issue 7, which without her interference, would have easily won against Issue 6. Issue 7 was not about the money, but Issue 6 is ALL about the money, and is the main reason for Issue 7's removal from the ballot. All in the name of greed..!
