Great attorney and a great law firm. They helped resolve my legal troubles with my ex and I felt like they really cares about my situation. I am now able to see my children on a regular basis where I was not able to see them at all before. Thank you to Toni and Damiano Law Offices for their help.

Very expensive. Did not complete all paperwork--lost some and had to be redone. I had to get deed transfer on my own even though they were supposed to do it. They handled the divorce well, there were just a lot of loose ends left. Very difficult getting them to respond quickly with both divorce and house sale.

My case was post judgment and there was very little to be settled. I retained Toni Damiano in May 2022. She promised an easy case, and that I would probably get a portion of my $7,500 retainer returned. In June she said she was sending a final letter to resolve my case. 6 months later my matter was not resolved and my $7,500 retainer was spent. Again, easy case. She had the audacity to ask for more money. She never called opposing council to resolve my case, she just wrote expensive letters.In what world do you not call opposing council to make a deal? She deliberately dragged my case out. My new attorney resolved my case in two phone calls. Opposing council said Toni was not responsive and sent confusing letters. Toni rarely called me back or responded to my emails. She is condescending, and in my opinion, committed malpractice by not working in my best interest. I created my resolution and she offered no value. She’s a great sales person but a horrible attorney. Run away.

Toni Belford Damiano is a greedy, disgusting, horrific attorney. All she wants is your money and she doesn't want to work for it. Damiano is a scheming narcissist. She and her associate Francesca Yuppa, are professionals at dragging out a case as long as possible, they are so pathetic, they lie right to your face, will humiliate and intimidate you as much as they can in front of the entire office. The fact that Toni Damiano is a municipal judge in Little Falls makes me cringe. Oh yeah, her son, James Damiano is the mayor of Little Falls, so Damiano does whatever she pleases.

Toni is a very deceitful lawyer. Will waste as much money in emails as possible. Very unprofessional and money hungry. Late on getting motions in on time to the point where I had to pay the defendents fees due to Damiano's procrastinating on the case. Biggest waste of money. Also has a paralegal who works for the firm stoned 24/7 and is very irresponsible.

I engaged Toni Damiano to represent me in a divorce matter. She failed to provide even the most basic level of interest or competence with severe consequence to my family. I would strongly advise you look elsewhere.
